Mangia | Pulled Pork Sweet Potatoes

In my quest to create new and interesting healthy-ish meals, I tried my hand at making pulled pork in the crockpot and placing it atop a sweet potato instead of bread. The savory and sweet flavors complimented each other so well! Next time, I’ll try to make a homemade BBQ sauce so the entire recipe is truly clean, but the recipe turned out great! Mangia | Oven-baked “Rotisserie” Chicken

Chicken is a staple in our household. While I’m always on the hunt for new and exciting ways to spice up chicken, this oven-baked rotisserie-style chicken is one of my go-to recipes for dinner! I used to grab a pre-made rotisserie chicken from the store, but it is just as easy to make a roaster at home where you can control the ingredients.
