I know it may seem a bit early to start planning for February, but the 14th will be here before you know it! There is SO much going on here in the mid-state and most of these activities require you to plan ahead and make reservations. If you’re local to central Pennsylvania, check out some of these fun-filled events and celebrate your love on February 14th.

Spring Gate Vineyard (where Alex and I had our first date!) is hosting a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner event at their Linglestown location. Check out the details and get your tickets here.

February is “Chocolate-Covered February” in Hershey and there is plenty to do involving the delectable dessert! Learn how to hand-roll truffles with your love at the Truffles for Couples class at The Hershey Story Museum on February 12 or 14. Attend the Wine & Chocolate Pairing at The Hotel Hershey on February 13. Get cozy and unwind during a relaxing couples massage at the Hershey Spa…you can opt for the cocoa version!

The Kitchen Shoppe in Carlisle is having a Couples Valentine’s Dinner on February 13 featuring a chef demonstration.

Enjoy a romantic pre fixe dinner at the Accommac Inn in York. The special Valentines Weekend menu is offered on both February 13 and February 14.

Hauser Estate Winery in Biglerville is one of our favorite locations to sip wine and enjoy live music. The setting is beautiful and the wine is so good! They are hosting a Valentine’s Dinner on February 12 and a Valentine’s Wine and Chocolate event on February 14.

If you don’t live in central PA, you can still find similar events in your neck of the woods! Search for the following ideas with your zip code to see if there are any nearby:

  • Cooking class
  • Wine and chocolate pairing
  • Dinner cruise
  • Couples massage
  • Theater show
  • Live music

Wishing you a lot of love as February 14th approaches. Don’t delay, make those reservations now!
