Sometimes you just have a hankering for BBQ ribs. The seasoning and sauce combine with succulent rib meat to cure your craving for BBQ!
What you’ll need:
- Rack of ribs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- BBQ sauce (optional)
Preheat your oven to 275 degrees. Rinse and dry your rack of ribs well. Cover a large baking sheet with foil. Then, rip two more pieces of foil and lay them down, overlapping. Place your rack of ribs in the middle of the foil.
Next, mix your spices until they are all combined.
I start by rubbing the spice mixture into the meat-side of the ribs. Then, flip and rub the spices into the other side.
Place the seasoned rack of ribs meat-side down in the middle of the foil and wrap it well. After the overlapping pieces of foil are closed, I like to wrap it with one more piece of foil for good measure.
Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. When its done, unwrap your ribs and flip them over so the meat side it facing up.
For a little added flavor, I like to baste the meat-side of the rack of ribs and place them under the broiler for 10 minutes until they are good and sticky! If you don’t want to add the BBQ sauce, you can broil them as is.
Once you’re done, you’ll have some of the most savory (and easiest!) ribs you’ve ever had.
